They meant do nothing government jobs.

Where did they go? I assume they all got other jobs……

I'd like to see it broken down by age. I bet that would be real telling.

Maybe a lot of those "jobs" were fake Gov. Jobs or fake Non Profit Jobs !! Dems paying one person to pay dozens of fictional employees, then the graft is spread around and/or used to pay BLM/ANTIFA etc.

It was a racket - Democrats giving sinecures to their voters. Trump has found the defunding key to destroying the Woke Democrat party; he has cut about 20 billion dollars of their funding.

How many of these are in the workforce? Lol!

60%+ of black women with college degrees working for some manner of local/state/federal government. This shouldn't shock anyone.

I guess businessmen can’t handle strong independent outspoken black women.

this is a weird article for me to understand.
The Labor Force Participation rate includes unemployed people actively looking for jobs. If black women have been falling off these roles since the pandemic it is suggestive that they are not looking for work for a reason...possibly because they are receiving means of survival elsewhere (otherwise they would be looking for a job).
The time frame of "since the pandemic" runs contrary to the article's conclusion that it is because of recent job cuts.
Perhaps it was accelerated as part of the job cuts, but the article isn't asserting this.
Additional information such as welfare rolls, pandemic grants, etc.. would be needed to assert WHY these women aren't needing to look for jobs.

Who's gonna stick it to honkies at the DMV now
Glad I'm not the only one that felt like the subject of slavery revenge in Django every time I set foot in the DMV.
Waited 30 mins for my number to be called (its appointment based in Houston too), finally spoke to someone who was very annoyed having to speak to me, She reviewed the 20+ pages of source documents I brought for a teen learners permit. She noted I checked "WHITE" for race but failed to check the extra box "NON HISPANIC". She told me that normally she would send me to the back of the line to address this error, but since I was 30 minutes past my appointment time (see aforementioned wait in the waiting room) I would have to schedule another appointment. NOT SHITTING YOU. I had to come back two weeks later because I didn't check a "non hispanic" check box that I could have quickly marked if she had allowed it. I have other stories but this one was the most egregious.
I have since started going to a Galveston County DMV, even though I have to drive 40 mins to get there. WORTH IT. Staffed by two nice young girls and an old white lady. Zero lines, in and out and home again faster than the DMV in Harris County. Don't get me started on getting a Passport renewed at the Houston post offices.

I'm guessing that they got a severance and these statistics were complied while they were living off the severance.

shite... corporate America has been falling all over themselves for the last several years to hire black females. They just know government jobs are easy, have good benefits (including good retirement benefits) and, traditionally, good job security.
