COVID is dangerous but it is also a political disease. We know millions have COVID and are asymptomatic.
There is also some evidence that indicates the death toll from COVID is overstated. The system is counting deaths from the other reasons listed above as COVID when in reality they were asymptomatic cases and actually died from other causes.

I was posting what’s been reported locally and nationally.
I pick my battles, and unlike many, COVID isn’t one I choose to fight (beyond protecting myself and family).
I have no problem with anyone who is furious about it or someone who is apathetic.

But people are in fact dying from it, and the numbers are worsening in some places.

Yeah, if somebody was that close to dying, they wouldn't be talking, they'd be on a vent knocked out and, well, dying. And people don't really suddenly die from COVID. It takes a while.

Well...my Nurse brain says if he was talking right before he died then he was not on a vent and was not so short of breath, and close to death, that he couldn't talk. Must of died from shitty hospital care because almost dead Covid patients don't usually have a discussion with anybody but God.
