Guarantee you this isn’t just some lone wolf cop decision. It went to the top of that department, and the DA’s office was likely consulted before the warrants were taken, also.

I didn’t know we abolished the 1st amendment. The Supreme Court has ruled multiple times that fighting words are protected speech.

I am against racial slurs but when did we loose the 1st Amendment. I mean I think people like AOC, Stacey Abrams and Nancy Pelosi are blubbering idiots but will always defend their right to speak their ignorant views.

I am 100% for freedom of speech. People should not be arrested for what they say.
Aside from that, no words that are widely accepted as stated regularly in popular music should be considered "racial slurs."
