Search my username and "repeal the 19th" and you should get lots of hits.
As for feminism, government needs to incentivize marriage (male to female) and stay at home moms. Tax credits/subsidies - whatever it takes.
Barring prescription of psych meds.
Completely changing school curricula to promote traditional gender roles.
You think you can accomplish all of that without it ending in violence? I ask that seriously. Lord knows there are changes I would make, but I know they could not be accomplished without serious bloodshed.

Feminism has made women miserable. And men. And most of all, children.
FIFY.

I don't think I can answer this without a PM from a moderator (I've been warned a number of times).

The effect of the female vote was learned long before the 19th amendment. A dozen states allowed them to vote in local/state elections. ALL of those states experienced tax increases immediately. It went like this:
Male candidates said: "Vote for me and I'll give you this great new service. Wouldn't you like it?." The candidate did not add: 'And to pay for this great new service I'm gonna tax you up arse!'
Women said 'YES' and voted for the guy. Then the taxes went up to pay for it.
When the 19th passed the whole country experienced the same result.
Zach, thanks for that post. Learned something new today.

That tells me all I need to know.

Not necessarily.
It was men who put the idea forward and brought it to fruition.
Just like Adam in the garden, they abdicated their authority.
Women are the symptom, not the disease.
Weak men are, were, and will always be the root of the ill.
Fair amount of truth here.
The reality is that women voting didn't switch our entire culture to female-centric and female-coded. The ruling class, consisting entirely (over the relevant period) of men, did that.

True.
Men gave women permission to vote.

Initially the male politicians viewed the women as simply another bloc of voters to draw from. It took generations for the “female coding” as you call it to set in.

Specifically hormonal birth control needs to be banned

The Amendments of the early 20th century were among communism’s first big wins in America.

Because it is too effective?

Yes. It allows women to put off having families to instead focus on education and careers. We need less of them in the work force and more of them raising children. There are of course some other issues to be addressed but we always bitch about the decline of the traditional family unit. We bitch about illegal immigration which wouldn’t be happening if more Americans were having enough babies to work farms and work in chicken coops or clean hotel rooms.

What about male BC?

Sure. Ban condoms too if it makes you feel like you’re being more fair.

No. I’m not in favor of disenfranchising half of the population.
