I know of two people, on the periphery, who want to do this. Both of them have a history of trauma/depression. One was a cutter.

I can't imagine the selfishness on the part of the parents that push for their child to go through something like this, then said child having regrets after all this. It isn't like this is college recruiting and the transfer portal where you can suddenly decide "Nah, I'm good" and everything goes back the way it was.

She was a 13 year old child. She obviously had serious issues and the professionals they sought out for help advised this "treatment".
Her parents are the responsible ones. She was a child,the medical "professionals" were idiots and her parents should have protected her.
