The FOX DFW affiliate pounded this story all morning long due to fact they are basically Communist state run media. They would never think to question the girl being massively overweight as that would be racist, sexist, & fat phobic. Everything is Trumps fault to Tim & Lauren.

If you slather it in dressing. The biggest problem with salad is it’s not very satiating. You’re gonna want fried food right after.
Concentrate on high fiber and especially higher protein. Protein and fiber are much more satiating than fats, sugars, and carbs. But eat a balance of all of it. Salads are an excellent lower carb source but too many drown the in dressing. Instead, grill some squash and peppers, eat a high fiber chicken wrap with spinach and mushrooms, ect. You should know your body better than anyone and you know what you should and should not put into it.
