The good thing about it is that the populous of those states are looking at this, and they'll remember it at the ballot box.

On one hand, I like the idea of bringing up constitutional issues, on the other, there has been a lot of unconstitutional things done over the past hundred or so years that don't deserve to be in place to begin with.
