And you know the judiciary system knows exactly what they are doing by letting them back out from jail. The dude that killed the white girl on the subway or whatever it was had a rap sheet long as shite. The amount of people with mental problems is unreal but they won't do anything because it would put a stigma on them. They need to get back to having insane asylum again. That have to get those people off of the streets
