I’ve been in public education almost 30 years. The principals who go to a rough school and fix it all do one thing.
In every high school there are 8-12 kids who cause 90% of the serious discipline problems. The effective principals get rid of those kids and the rest see what happened to them and fall in line.
Sad shite. My mom worked in public education and didn't have the same issues. She would recommend that students get held back and the administration would just matriculate them through the system. Doing no one any favors

If I am not mistaken, he executed a number of high level criminals and gang leaders....and incarcerated the rest.
I find this solution acceptable.

1% sounds small but it is 3,400,000 people.
That would be a great use for Greenland.

There were two studies done on the histories of homicide with one in NYC in 1960 and the other in Charlotte, NY in the mid-1990's. The researchers studied every homicide and every victim in great detail, not just for convictions in court or other official records.
They found that 70% of perps and victims were known criminals in both studies.
