It’s gonna be a busy day for me. About to go and get materials to build a raised garden and fill it. Clean out the chicken coop (will be throwing that in the garden). Baseball practice for my son.
I just put 3 racks of ribs on the primo. Should be good to go by lunch.

Rouses has wings on sale so I threw a bunch in a brine. Gonna smoke them this evening. Probably will flash fry them as well. Beers and the draft.

Tomorrow will be two spatchcocked chickens on the weber smokey mountain for the woman and in-laws, and two chucks on the masterbuilt with hickory for me and lunch for the week.
Alabama white sauce for the chicken, and my sweet hot regular BBQ sauce for the pulled chuck.

When you say chuck you mean like a beef chuck roast? Never thought about smoking and pulling that. Sounds awesome.

Burgers. Was headed out on 400 mile pull today to camp and the excursion decided it wasnt going over 50 mph as soon as i pulled on i-12
