Shuffle feet wade fishing and go buy some Ray-Guards.

Pay attention to cuts on your body that come in contact with saltwater.

Best advice? Never, ever take the wife fishing if there is a chance of catching fish. Better yet, make sure the mosquitoes are horrible and rain is forecast. She won't want to go again and she'll assume that every time you go you are actually miserable, which makes them happy for some reason.

The fish don't know it's raining.
You can't catch a fish unless your line is in the water.

Compliments of my grandfather.

If you don’t catch a ton of fish then you don’t tip.

I bass fish Pickwick lake 95% of the time and the best advice I ever got was get off the bank. Since I have learned to read contours and fish off shore my numbers and size have went way up.

To piggyback off this I heard recently. Inactive fish and feeding fish will eat a slow moving bait, but not always the other way around.
