This topic reminded me of a day a couple of years ago. I pulled up at the Wal-Mart in Galliano and there was a decent looking bay boat in the parking lot. Me being naturally curious, drove by the boat slowly to see what it was. When I looked at the rods in the center console rod holders, there prominately displayed, were 8 Zebco 33's in what appeared to be mint condition.

Pretty certain I have a couple laying around somewhere. Or I may have lost them when my mom sold her house.
They were my kids 1st. Think I got them shortly before my daughter turn three and one for my son around the same age.

Have a pic somewhere of my daughter crying after catching her 1st fish.

I have about 4 functioning poles. 2 Calcuttas on MH Falcons, a perch jerking spinning reel, and an old ambassador on some kind of cheap academy pole

Still catch more fish than all yall

2 or 3 ugly sticks for catfishing/bass whatever.
An ultralight for sacs/perch which I use the most
A fly rod for perch/bream
An old school cane pole that I still use

My dad and I still steal each other's poles, but this is my inventory currently.

Various ambassadors on various rods, about five or six. A lews and shimano baitcaster. These I use for bass and redfish/specks/flounder and whatever will hit a live skrimp. Several spinners for crappie/bream. One crappie pole with one of those little closed face reels. Zebcos from a 222 to 888 on little 5 foot poles. Bunch of reels that need some tlc. Some of these were my grandfathers he purchased back in the 70's, still going strong.

Yeah. Not as useful as I thought it would be.

Someone with some imagination and attention to detail could do a lot with my shop area. Me? It's a disorganized mess housing way too many things that will never be used.

Same. Never really had the time to get creative inthere. I’m fixing to clean it out cause I’m moving. I’m kinda scared to see what kinda stuff I uncover in there.

I like my Denali rods..
Lews and old green curados on Denali or falcon rods a few all star rods as well . I have a box of reels I can't seem to throw out . Only fish with 4 or 5 of them. Planning to get some surf rods to start doing some surf fishing.

The Kovert Lite and Lithium rods are legit. I also have an N2 that is first class. But at $300 a pop, I don’t think I’ll have a rod box full of them any time soon.

Ceiling rod rack

The only problem I had with them was the felt wasn’t really glued on too good. So put some better glue on all of the felt before I hung them.

I lucked out and bought 10 Denali rods from a friend that was sponsored by them. He used them a few times bass fishing and switched them out.I paid him 40 a piece and thought that was a lot until I looked them up on line. One of my drunken purchases I didn't regret the next day lol.

too many to list.
I have 18 fly rods and reels
probably 10 that are dedicated saltwater
probably 6 freshwater spinning reels
I think 4 freshwater baitcasters.

I’m getting to many too.

5 for White Perch
5 for Bream
10 for Bass
5 for Catfish

And I inherited all of my paw paw’s rods and reels when he passed away. I have a closet full of his old ones that I need to go through some more. I try to bring and use one of his old rods every trip. I have his tackle box that has a ton of old baits from the 50’s and 60’s.
