Good luck! If nothing else the start of the 2020 hunting season is upon us. And for that I’m thankful

Truth.

Hunted sunflowers and millet in rayville right off I-20. Nobody got a limit. Just slow slow.

Where in NELA are y’all seeing them?

Pleasantly surprised. We killed about 80 between 2:30 and 4:30 when we got rained out by some nasty thunderstorms. If it didn't rain us out we would have ended up with 120 or so. Which is better than I had thought.

ETA: three guys went out about 5:30 as the rain was ending and had really good shooting. Limited out in 30 mins. So we ended up with over 100. Decent shoot.

Shot em pretty well in Hinds County. They were flying better than we were shooting, but made a pile.

Had a great shoot near Tylertown. 3 shooters piled up 35 birds. Was slow early in the afternoon then we got a wet arse for an hour. Birds flew like crazy after the rain.
