Weekend Where You Fishing? Thread

Looks like I'm heading down to Hopedale on Sunday morning to chase few specs in the kayak. Probably only fishing until around noon, so I'm hoping to put 8 - 10 in the box.

No boat, no kayak, so I'm bank fishing and heading out tomorrow to fish the Mississippi River for cats.
Heading out in a bit to cast net for live bait to use tomorrow on some nice circle hooks. Live bait fished on a tight line has been going well for me when fishing the river.

This will be the first weekend since hurricane Laura that I take a day off from working to restore my house 
but I will be playing in a golf tournament Saturday instead of fishing. But it won't be long before I pull the ole Marsh Minnow out of storage and wet a line. This is the longest I've ever gone without fishing since I bought my first boat in early 2017

Hopedale is a haul from Alexandria, and I'm planning to be there early and leave a little early as well. Much easier trip from Nola.

Going to make some casts in bayou sauvage area tomorrow after scouting for east zone youth opener. Never fished around there but we'll see.
