weekend results 4-22-17 trout smash edition

Seems like everyone had a limit before 8 this weekend

rode with pops to Mississippi Saturday Morning
Changed out pumped on Grandma's water well
got to yak around mouth of Bayou Caddy by the Silver Skipper
caught some trout. lots of thick 14" fish was able to boat 3 good ones and lose one moster tryin to grab it bare handed
. added two nice flounder and we ate good yesterday

Always wanted to fish that area when we make a weekend trip, but always end up drunk in the casino

Took my Mom and Pops out fishing Friday to the MRGO.

A great place to fish over in that area is to launch at La France Marina just past Ansley. Check out google maps, tons of places to paddle into.

Took the kayak out to a Little Alabama Bayou. Caught some bream and bass. Catch and release trip. Just wanted to go have fun.

fished the tressles with what seemed like every boat in south LA saturday
they had sport fishers, pontoon boats, ski boats, flat boats, yakers, everything
We saw more stupid shite in a day than I have in years
just off the top of my head we watched one person pull off with anchor still down, one baw parked right in front of the launch to go upstairs and get shrimp, one boat had a ski rope dangling behind it, multiple people that can't back up a trailer, multiple people don't know how to properly anchor,etc
I have no desire to go back and will stick to the Biloxi marsh

I'm not allowed at Rigolets anymore because i untied a motherfrickers boat who did this and pushed his shite out into the bayou.
frick it, I don't care.
The guys over at PPM are very nice and always have live shrimp and you don't have to deal with the Googans at Rigolets.
