I've heard one or two old timers say something bad about Tikka, but I think they get the respect they deserve on this board.

Rock River Arms. Their AR's and 1911 are the perfect match of price and quality. Nowhere else can you get a value as good.

Rock River Arms only makes polymer-framed 1911s. I think you're confusing them with Rock Island Armory.

But I do agree about their rifles. I have a RRA National Match lower on my AR15. The trigger in it is one of the best I've found.

Isn't Windham who made bushmaster before Remington took over, then, because they weren't happy with bushmaster quality came out with their own live?

Not sure if they were unhappy with anything, but Windham management are people who came over from Bushmaster after they were bought out (and I assume their no-compete clause expired).

I've gathered Windham quality >>> Bushmaster quality, but I've always put Bushmaster in the "underrated" category.

Spikes Tactical.

Until a few years ago, Spikes was the most underated firearm on the market and was basically a hidden gem in the rough.

As the word got out, more and more people are seeing that Spikes is one of the top producers of tactical rifles.

Their prices were very reasonalble but they found out that people love their products and their prices have gone way up.

I work with a clown who was in the NG about 30 years ago and he still thinks Colt is the only legit tactical rifle out there.

I told him to look at a Spike and got all offended. Not saying Colt is not a great product, it is one of the best. But you just tell some folks otherwise.

Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company (CSMC) has revived a number of American shotgun brands as well as making a number of their own guns. Names like Fox, Winchester model 21, Parker have been brought back from the grave. They are the only gun company' making double barrel shotguns in America...

Growing up, Benjamins and Daisys got all the love. But I could out shoot anybody with my Crosman.

This is not correct. They make a great product and I have used their lowers and LPKs on a few builds but they are far from the top.

CZ is very well respected, as is Daniel Defense. I guess they can still be underrated.

Still relatively unheard of given their quality. Deserve to be mentioned in any serious AR thread.
