Roasted cauliflower in the oven.
Sautéed red, yellow, & orange peppers and onions.
Ribeye on the grill.
Hess Cabernet Sauvignon. Might go TX whiskey and a splash of bubble water next.
It’s a “school night” but F it, I’m between projects at work and kinda bored.
Worked in the yard all morning and pool time with the kids in the afternoon.

Roadside chicken wings and thighs on the kettle. Made a white scallop squash casserole with sautéed onions and garlic topped with bread crumbs.
Ice cold Miller High Lifes, so cold blue smoke comes out when you twist the cap off.
Apple pie and milk later on. (Maybe!) The Miller’s are going down smoothly.

Knocked off of work at 4:30 then came home and cut grass. Drinking a Miller lite, trying to decide if I want to wait til tomorrow to weedeat and spray. Might have a few more to help me decide.

This is a great cauliflower recipe I make after I had it at Dominica. Instead of wine I use chicken stock just because if I open wine to cook I’ll drink the rest.
