re: Someone point me in the direction of a flat top grill
You don’t get griddles, or you don’t get the difference in a 36” griddle and an 8” cast iron skillet?

Went to Walmart and got the 22” adventure with stand lid and adapter for $125. Use it everyday...so easy to keep clean. Two wine bottles, one water, one oil...and paper towels.

Hard to cook enough bacon, eggs & hash browns for a crowd on a skillet. That's my take anyway.

What sized griddle to handle eggs/bacon/potatoes tacos to feed 14 people?

Will a 36” handle it?

My buddy had a blackstone and had a hard time keeping it clean between cooks. Swapped it out for a Cook Rite.

It’s way better than the balckstone

The flat top griddle became a “fad” in the 1950’s. You sound stupid

simple reason behind this:

It isn't seasoned properly
he isn't cleaning it properly/well enough
He isn't oiling it after

or a combination of any of those.

How about a big sheet of stainless steel and put some burners underneath it?

Steel is cheaper but you'll have to keep it well oiled

re: Someone point me in the direction of a flat top grill
Just get a Blackstone and be done with it. No need to save $50 on a cheaper model
