small nighttime bird in tree question

We live in a zero lot regular neighborhood, so a pellet gun will be hard. Plus its only at night.
At night there are little birds that get in my tree and neighbors tree at night. The chirp so F'n loud it is hard to sleep. My son cannot sleep at all. I go out shake the tree they fly off, but will return. I looked really good and I don't see a nest in either one, but will get more eyes to look.
Will playing an owl sound work? or putting a fake owl out at night?
Any options that you can come up with?
Is there a frequency that drives birds away?
Its really annoying for sure.

Put a rat snake in the tree.
The hardest part will be getting anyone on this board to identify one for you.

Call an Alabama fan and show them the trees.

It's Mocking Bird mating season and those suckers sing all night long. I had one wake me up at 2:00am 3 nights last week. So much that my wife and I slept upstairs for 2 nights.

We're experiencing the same thing in our backyard.
These damn birds are very chatty at night, it's ridiculous.

As long as the sound doesn't bother your son.
Did you ever camp out with your kids?

We did when they were little for sure with my FIL their GPA, but he is 18 now in HS and too cool for that.
Problem is that tree is right outside his window. I'm in the back of the house so I barely hear it. Sucks when you have to get up at 5 am for morning workouts. Not me, HIM.

Get one of those fake owls and put it on your roof

Just get a good bluetooth speaker with good bass, hook it up to phone, put on white noise app, place speaker on top of headboard. You won't hear the birds, or anything while you sleep.

As mentioned, download the Merlin app and ID the bird.
Is this the sound? These are some damn loud small birds.

He’s 18 and a bird chirping is keeping him from sleeping. We are becoming a weak nation.

Quit being a puss and let the birds do their thing. Get a white noise machine.
