When I've seen them screw up it was probably getting close to a case of shells in one day.

I will be heavily testing it during the 2013 dove season.

And some of it will be king ranch style...buzzin.

The old A5s are legendary.

My answer to the OP: Inertia

ETA: The new A5 is inertia driven.

and i'm assuming you've shot it and many other shotguns as well?

and ill go ahead and add, cause i know u coming back... reason im asking is cause i see so many folks on here say stuff like" my buddy has this or that and he said, blah, blah... Not saying you, I know you duck hunt, etc.... but you know what I mean.. My Stoeger could just about be shot one handed with high brass 5's or 6's... I usually shot 1100's, 1187's and 870's and the Stoeg, is nowhere close on the recoil..

Yeah that's why you always hear the SBEII as being labed the perfect waterfowl gun, because of it's uncanny ability to jam at all times. Give it a break man. When as many shells have been put through Maxus's as have been ran through SBEII's then come talk. Personally I think you can't go wrong with any of the B guns. Myself I'm going to take inertia every time just for the sheer reliability of them. My SBEII eats everything I feed it from turkey loads to low brass dove loads and hasn't hiccupped a time yet. It spent this past duck season in timber, in the bottom of a layout boat, and in cornfields and never hesitated once.

ETA: and I'm definitely gonna have to pick up one of the new A5's. I know they aren't the real thing as far as A5's go, but I bet they will be dang reliable too

I've said several times before that I have both the SBE2 and the Super Vinci. I love both guns but I prefer the ergonomics on the Super Vinci more, but it maybe that I've just gotten used to them now.
Neither of those two guns kick anywhere near as hard as my old Browning Gold and the Gold outweights both by over a pound.

I run nothing but 3.5 through them and haven't had a single hiccup. Also, I've used my SBE2 in low teen weather with about a quarter inch of ice on the gun without a hiccup.

And lastly the M4 is gas driven.

100% not an inertia fan. I've shot them all. I chose the maxus. Softer recoiling gets you back on the birds faster and therefore you kill more birds. Zero muzzle flip.
