How do you secure your Yeti at the beach?

1. Security cable
2. Bury it in the sand
3. Put a Coleman sticker on it

Other ideas?

Also, anyone engraved their name/info on theirs?

Make sure it has plenty of beer and ice in it. No one wants to carry a 70-80 lb ice chest in sand.

I actually use my Yeti to secure all the other stuff I bring. I just chain it all to the cooler since no one in their right mind is trying to drag a Yeti around in the sand. I think I'd rather drink hot beer.

What are you doing on the beach that requires you to be out of sight from your ice chest? Normally when I go to beach all I do is chill and relax.

I don’t have to worry about theft at the beaches I go to.

Brought my Yeti Hopper 30 to the Beach in OBA two weeks ago. Unsecured. Every single day for 7 days in a row. No theft issues.

ETA: I also got one of those dry-bag dealios for the front loops on the Hopper to put the phone, koozie's and other assorted BS. Sh!t works. Totally watertight. Though the sand messed with the velcro a little bit.
