I understand...
As stated in previous posts, I am in favor of the proposed diversions, however, I am always looking for new info to read so that I can educate myself on the subject and potentially change my mind. I'm in favor of anything we can do to help and will certainly listen to any and all ideas with an open mind.

There's not really any funding available for new projects through existing channels. Majority of the money is tied up in monitoring and maintenance.
the BP $ will be a welcome infusion and it should be interesting once that shakes out. Fast and furious for a lot of companies I am sure.

I don't understand why Capt Ricks won't answer simple questions. It's like you either believe whatever he says, or he won't discuss anything with you. In fact, at the moment, that's the general attitude over there of the majority of posters. Mike Lane emailed me earlier in the week asking me to call him. He and I have worked together on something before, and I've spoken to him several times. But I haven't called him yet. I likely will soon depending on how either he or Capt Ricks respond to my latest posts.
