Ive had my covered patio for 3 years and have never seen this, but for the past few weeks when i go outside its wet and has small puddles across.
None of the patio is exposed to the elements, and MAYBE a few sprinkles will come in, but it hasnt rained.
I have a paint finish i put on it 3 years ago that i got at lowes and it has a rough finish to it.
Any help is appreciated

You dont have a vapor barrier.
When you can control humidity outside let me know.

Look for the expiration date stamped in to the side. Usually on the right-hand side when facing the house. It's probably reached the end of its useful service life and no longer holding back the surface tension of the ground water.

We keep sawdust handy like the janitors did in school for vomit. Try it out

Depends on if there are handprints next to it. If the contractor imprints it with his kids handprints you have a 15 year guarantee

Has to go down before you poor the concrete, duh....

If you use Right Guard aerosol and evenly spray it on the concrete it will stop sweating.

I’ve found that Speed Stick leaves white marks on the concrete and then you have to end up painting or staining the concrete to get rid of the white lines.

Some poor bastard is going to be building his dream home himself one day and come here for opinions about vapor barriers

I had the same problem last year, only solution is to tear out and re-pour concrete slab.
