If the government cared about health and safety as it pretends to, it would encourage suppressors. I’m not going through all this hassle again for my other guns.

Well, the government considers all guns are evil if they are in the public's hands.

What are you hunting with a suppressor that it actually helps you ?

The line of questioning should be, why does the government need to regulate them? You pass a background check to purchase the gun. So they allow you to buy a gun in 20 minutes that does the actual damage, but have to wait a year or more to make it quieter? It's like they're all for you being able to create havoc, but they don't want you to do it quietly? Government should not be tracking and monitoring people with a silencer. What reason is there for that?

It’s just good to be quieter. For me, it’d be for the sake of my ears. I wear earplugs of course but I’d still like my .308 to be 20 decibels lower. But I’m not going through the government’s bullshite hassle for it. I’m doing that for my .22 Bc then it’d really by quiet enough to plink anywhere.

They don't. Its just power and control.

Suppressors should be encouraged, not stonewalled.

Wish you could get some type of license that takes a day or two to acquire. Take a class, pass a background check. Then you can buy any suppressor or full auto rifle or whatever. You go to FFL, scan the card and buy what you want. Fill out the registration papers. If you get a felony or anything that nullifies the license it gets revoked and you have to sell or transfer any items you bought under said license within 90 days. No reason it should take so damn long. Sounds like infringement to me

Or, and hang with me on this one, they do a simple background check and when you pass they stop infringing on your rights and walk out of the store with your attachment.

My dad and bro in law got screwed because there’s was at St. Bernard indoor which got hit by the tornado and lost their ffl because it no longer had an address for the ffl to reside so it has to get transferred but that means the forms got denied by atf.

I can only imagine that means they have to restart

Thought I'd add to the update, for others watching their calendars. Just got the call on one of my orders ... about 55 weeks after Form 4 submittal.

Eform has been around for a while (especially for Form 1 items). They tried to launch EForm 4 in 2013 I think and it was absolutely horrendous. This is a relaunch which actually works.
