Anyone running a Sousa scope? I picked one up for an AR22 because it has a similar reticle as Primary Arms ACSS.

I guess this is the best thread to ask-

local to the BR area, who/what is the best deal for stripped lowers? Is there a shop within an hour's drive, that you could either buy their stuff (meaning no extra FFL price), or that does a good deal for transfers, so if you bought 2-3, you aren't getting charged a ton of money)?

I'm considering 2-3 Anderson lowers, I see Primary Arms has them for $48 limit 3. I know this isn't the $30 deals that used to exist, but that ship has sailed and ain't coming back. $150 vs $90, over 3 guns, ain't the end of the world for me. But I don't want to add another $100 in transfer if I don't have to.
Thanks for any info

Bowie has them now. I think they run $63. I'll be there all next week if you want to come next week.

thanks, will look into that.

Hmmm, for a tossaround gun...

PSA has blemished complete pistol lower with brace, $169. BCA has 10.5" complete uppers with BCG in either 556 or 763x39, $283. I don't think I'd want to go any shorter.

Do I want/need one of these for about $450, + transfer and shipping? And if so, which cal do I want (I have mags for both)?

Looks like that PSA pistol lower goes to 206 with tax and shipping.

If you are in no hurry, just be patient. You will find a good deal. The days of the $30 Blem stripped lower will return in my opinion.

Anyone have SilencerCo's Omega 36M can? It can handle anything I'd want to suppress (9, 22, and 5.56). I know all-in-one suppressors don't function as well as one designed for a specific caliber, but based on the review, this one is pretty close.

So does anyone have any experience with the Omega 36M?

Former LSU and Chargers safety Brandon Taylor posted a pic of an AR-15 build he's working on.

Is there a limit on what you can buy?

If you're going to drop thousands and thousands on an AR, in his case mostly due to the custom handguard and metal work I would guess, then why not just get an HK416 or something and make it functional?

It reminds me of the hand carved pool stick my dad bought in Honolulu while he was stationed at Schoenfeld Barracks during the Korean War. It was also a walking stick.

I ordered a Radian build kit back in November. Talked to them a couple of weeks ago and they are only on August 2020 orders right now so I’m looking at at least 6 months more.

Last night they posted on Instagram an online store that had just received their order (modern warriors). Looked at the store and they had exact what I was waiting on and in stock. I went ahead and ordered it.
I will now have two unless I decide to sell one which I’m not much of one to do.
And I’m guessing I’ll be giving the Aero I built a month ago to my son.
This is so much fun.

ETA: sorry, not an AR but it’s kinda the same camp.

So, one of my bucket list guns has been a Benelli M4 for a very long time. Probably since I saw one for the 1st time.

Any way, was in my local store a couple of weeks ago and the had 3 or 4 of them. From the H2O to a standard m4 and a m1014. I’ve really liked the look of the m1014.
I didn’t want to do it (well, actually I did) but I ended up buying the m1014. Have put 75 rounds through it so far (bird shot) but it ran like a top.
I ordered a Carlson extended mag tube for it, Taran Tactical extended bolt release, taran accuglide shell carrier and a new charging handle.
Got everything installed today and will take it out later and put more ammo from it.
