Nice, they do seem like solid people. I saw Brittingham said they'd be selling uppers eventually, I'm probably just going to snag one of those and put it on one of my SBR lowers. Won't be the same with a big SiCo can on the end though ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

I had an issue with my Fix and they've been EXTREMELY accommodating. I'm a big fan. SB Tactical will probably be making a brace version of their stock too, crazy enough

You have any experience with Silencer Shop's new barcode processing system? Is it really speeding up approval time to 1-2 months? I'd like a dedicated 5.56 can and they have a really good deal on AAC M42K. I just can't bring myself to pay double for a Surefire SOCOM as much as I want one.

yes, but haven't gotten anything back with it yet

im guessing 3 months will be the norm, but they aren't even close to working through the 41F logjam right now.

Bought a suppressor first week of September. Still waiting.

buddy of mine bought a one last year. Check was cashed in October and I don't think he has it back yet.
I do think that the store he went thru screwed something up, however.
They suck arse (it's a store here in Memphis)

Mine was done through the Silencer Shop. Called the ATF and they said all my stuff went through on 9/26 and said it would be a couple more months.
Side note - the people that answer the phones at the ATF are dickheads.

Ouch, not good.
They did say they were going to produce a mini fix. One in 6.5 grendel and of course left handed would be pretty cool.
The fix as it sits doesn't really do anything for me. The mini is much better.

they've adamantly spoken against a left handed bolt or left handed folder, but I think they crawfished a bit later and said they would think about a left handed bolt. dont think we'll get a left-handed folder

eh i dont think itll be too different from a design perspective, just lighter. theyll play around with some cool small-caliber stuff and they will have one model with a brace though for short barreled stuff

Unfortunately I really am asking for a friend. My BIL asked me if I could have 1 AR what would it be. I said I'd choose noveske but I also have him looking at DD and LaRue. He just wants the best. He then asked about optics, which is where I need yall's help. He basically has no budget just wants the best. I don't think he's willing to spend $8k but Probably in the $2-3k range. Since that's way out my budget and what I know what's yalls thoughts? I told him Schmidt and Bender, just from the reviews I've read over the years but I have never looked into high end optics. Haven't nailed down magnification yet. May look into a 1-8, 3-9 or 4-12.
