Nice looking entry carbine.
Lower parts kits are inexpensive, too; and they give a no A2 pistol grip option.
I'm a fan of the A2 pistol grip; but, I have enough of them.

Conrad's shite is good. My primary AR has his LPK, BCG, and complete upper.

Got back from MS after the holidays and had fun shooting at 300m with mine. Hit the 12" gong so often my BIL and I started to play horse with hitting it. His was a DDM4 and mine is a palmetto state build. I think that says good things about palmetto. Had mine with a 1-6 primary arms scope (left mine at 3x)and he had the Burris prism 3x.
I do have a geissele SD flat two stage though

Didn't want to start a new thread, does anyone know if and where you can buy AP rounds for 5.7?

About to install a Govnah gas block from MicroMOA, any posters have one? Or have experience with them? Hoping it functions well, and solves the issue of my 5.56 SBR gassing me to death when suppressed.

Bacon how you like the UBR stock? I was looking at a gen 2 but they always seem out of stock.

I like it but I keep wishing I had gone with the Troy PDW

higher grain bullets shine at range. If you're only shooting 100 yds it's easy to out shoot a 77 gr SMK with a 55 gr VMAX.
Good to know. Thanks for the insight.

at 100 yards? I have decent eye sight but I I don't see how anyone can get that type of precision with the standard AR15 iron sight setup.
I have terrible eyesight and the gun is consistent from my accounts. May have just gotten lucky.

question, I was thinking about buying and M&P 15-22 just to play around with, pretty cheap
but i got to thinking, I have a fully assembled lower laying around, figuring i could just buy a .22lr upper for it.
man, I cant find one thats reasonably priced at all, all are way more expensive than the M&P.
Am I just looking in the wrong places or is for some reason a fully assembled upper for .22lr just expensive?

I am personally waiting for the Kriss Defiance DMK22 to come into stores. All metal so it will mimic the feel of my AR. Also, it takes 10/22 barrels. Will probably set it up just like my Noveske so that I can just shoot both and they will be similar enough.

That Kriss will be a gazillion dollars. No thanks

They MSRP at $799. I will add and change things over several months. Hopefully I can stay under or slightly over $1k before optic.

Any suggestions on doing a color fill project on an AR-15? So far I've done 1 AR and 2 Glocks but I recently got a new lower that has a lot are fine lines and I'm trying to do more than one color. I've used non-acetone finger nail polish remover before but recently switched to WD-40 to remove the excess. Any suggestions on how to keep the paint in the right places without mixing with the other colors?
Inb4 Thanks
