No doubt. It's a shame. I'm gonna try and update mine.

Think of all the DIY and instructional threads across the net that now no longer have any pics because Photobucket decided to be dicks. I probably wouldn't mind paying a small fee because I have a ton of stuff hosted on Photobucket, but $400 is retarded.
Anyway, I finished this thing up. Powdercoated the roof rack black, installed some haggard wiring for lighting and Bluetooth stereo, a fire extinguisher to dispatch any flames from previously mentioned haggard wiring, and a first aid kit to deal with any burn wounds after you've dealt with any fires. Topped off with an inflatable truck bed air mattress for maximum comfort.
I hauled one of my kayaks with it a couple weeks ago and it did fine, the lighting has been great to have when launching at dark. The solar panel battery tender has done well to keep the battery topped off, I wish I'd have put a volt meter in the switch panel for better monitoring though. Haven't camped in it yet but next week we're leaving for Colorado and will be camping in it up there.

Can we ask woodworking questions in this thread or do y'all ll think a separate thread for stuff like this would be a good idea?

Tiger bass, does that thing swivel? I would like to have something made to lift crawfish out of the pot. I would like to have a picture or a design so I can have someone make me something. Anyone know someone around Cenla that would do that kind of work?

quote:Waffles, what are the angles on those legs, and what is are the dimensions on that middle shelf. I am not handy at all, but I need something like this for the kids for homework and I think I can pull it off. I am sure I will be painting mine though, out of necessity.
Wife wanted a play table from pottery barn
Built the same damn thing for 1/10th the price, just need her to decide what paint or stain she wants.

My summer/fall project that cost me under $500. All lumber came off my sawmill.
