Louisiana Law (green jeans)

I was watching this tv show. I saw a couple things that bothered me. For one thing green jeans has way too much rights which are being abused and secondly does Mr Green Jean have the right to look at your phone? I would say no. Like any cop they use their power of authority to abuse your rights.

look it up, they have more power than the FBI, CIA, NSA combined to do whatever the hell they want and your rights dont mean shite since your word against theirs means the judge sides with them every time
its simply amazing the power they have to do whatever they want
also, they are supreme assholes on that show, never giving warnings or being decent, they write tickets for anything, even the slightest BS like they are paid to collect taxes

Taking away an 18 year old kids (1) pintail duck because he forgot to do the WMA check in but had all licenses including the wma stamp. The green jean guy is an absolute prick for giving the guy a citation and taking his duck.. a 350.00 fine tax collection at its finest

There was no link to the video Sherlock. Was it an honest mistake or did the kid say FU to the law?
I would think a reasonable person could differentiate between the 2.
If an honest mistake, no reason to be a Tyrant. Have you NEVER been in violation of any state or fed game laws?
