Where exactly was he when he ran off?

I left out him out in the yard while I went hunting. He was gone when I got back that evening so I don’t even know what direction he head. I forgot to check his shock collar and when I checked the collar on my other dog the battery was dead. Our camp is about 3 miles north of the Satartia post office. I will send you an email later tonight. I appreciate it if you pass on the message to anyone in the area.

I see where RP has posted the info on her Facebook page. She has a wide following of folks that repost missing animals and she lives close to there. Good luck, hope you find him.

Does it have a green metal tag hanging off of the orange collar?

We thought we had almost found him last night because there was a dog barking when we yelled Sam and my other lab was going crazy and trying to pull us in that direction, and my brother saw what he thought was eyes across the holla. By the time we got over there was nothing there. Nothing this morning either.

Thanks but I am not hopeful. Especially with the rain coming.

The dog I saw that seemed out of place was a tall young lab with an orange collar, a green vaccination tag hanging and no shock collar.

Well he is old and short so that is not him but if you continue to keep an eye out I would appreciate it.

There’s a company i saw on facebook offering thermal drones to locate missing pets. It was located around Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

Thanks but I believe Yazoo county Ms is a little out of their range.

Thanks for the recommendation. I found a guy out of Rolling Fork and we searched for 3 days and we did not find the dog with the drone. However he put it on Facebook and someone eventually saw his post. I am on my way to get Sam right now!
