My yellow Lab died in March and I’m looking for a female yellow purebred this summer in the AL, MS, TN, GA areas. Doesn’t need to have hunting lines; prefer an English as a family companion. Thanks in advance for any breeder recommendations. Very much appreciated.

I know the feeling. We lost our dog a while back, a Dachshund.

I hope someone helps you find a lab.

Call clay at Prairie Plains. Have one of their dogs and hunted over several. Great dogs, but better people. They only deal with British labs.

Duckhill kennels just east of Memphis. Started by Robert Milner who started Wildrose.

They have a smaller dog called canoe dogs and they’re great dog with very good lines

We got a yellow lab from Lazy Bar M Retrievers out of Texas right at two years ago. We couldn't be happier with him. Chip is a great guy and produces some fine dogs.
