Getting F u’ed by your sig other

Been married 21 years. Got into it last night over something stupid and was called a MF. Finding it tough to move on and get that out of my head. How often, if ever, has that happened to you? How did you get past that or is it just a given that it happens from time to time and you have learned to “normalize” it?
Been there. Extremely painful to lose them. Focus on gratitude and the great memories.
Left guard seems to be an issue. Chester consistently whipped. Mubenga pushing for starting spot. Center and tackles ok
The pros in that profession are few and far between. Be polite but demanding and make sure you get your $ worth.

Obviously leveraging A&M offer to squeeze LSU. Blatant money grab, but can’t blame him for playing the game we created. Schools, coaches, networks pocketing millions for decades. Just surprised it took this long.
Super talented, easy to listen to

Traditional IRA bank fees

57 years old. ~$775k total retirement funds, $560k of which in a trad ira managed by a large bank charging 1.2% fee. Seems it’s plugged into a management algorithm (west end) and fund manager not really doing anything. Returned about 6% over last 3 years. Strongly considering pulling it and just buying treasuries and saving the fee. Welcome any suggestions/opinions.
