Looks like poison ivy - wash hands well with soap to remove oil as best you can. Do you know if you are allergic?

Does allergic mean I’ve had rashes from it before? Only once. It wasn’t SEVERE though. So far no itching or rash from this yet.

Use tepid water to wash. Hot water opens pores letting it in and cold water closes pores trapping it in.

If you develop a rash (and tip for everyone else) get witch hazel and Ivarest.

Best combo I found a couple summers ago when I was clearing out my yard and touched that devil shite on multiple occasions.

re: Is this poison oak?
One spring, some years ago, we were were going to be filling a pit on the farm that had been used as a family dump by the previous owner families for years. The wife and I found some really neat antique glass bottles and cast iron toys. Those vines that I was clawing out of the way with my bare hands were poison ivy and she knew that I was going to die. Went to the gas barrels and washed down good afterward and then with laundry detergent. Some slight swelling in some areas but that was probably from the tugging and pulling in getting the veins out of the way.

The best remedy you will find on here will be: Grandpas wonder soap. It’s made with pine tar and you’ll smell like a Christmas tree but the soap takes out the oils that ooze and allows the infected spot to dry up and heal without spreading.

Old saying goes "Leaflets of three - Let it be".

It's either poison ivy, poison oak, or poison sumac.

I can get a rash from that shite just by walking near it.

The best treatment I've found is Tecnu lotion.

I used to race mountain bikes and one of the biggest races of the year was at Cameron Park in Waco TX. That place is a poison ivy jungle. After the race I'd wipe down with Tecnu lotion, wait 5 minutes, then take a shower. I never broke out.

Skip the home remedies and get some.
