He might, but I don't. I just don't care if someone else does. It's a wild wormy dog. I don't care if they are tied up and starve to death, mutilated, or poisoned. Stuff dies in the woods every day. Coyotes cripple possums and coons that suffer and die all the time. It's nature. It has no soul and no feelings.

They are wild animals, not capable of being evil nor good. Just animals.

How many cats and dogs are you currently fostering at your house until good sweet owners can be found?

Try and use this argument with an anti and see how well that goes over. They would rather that than someone be able to shoot them, especially gut shooting them.

What aggravates me is that a large portion of society is dumb enough to put that kind of thing on FB.
Lots of unsavory things happen when you're dealing with nuisances (hogs and yotes), but to brag about it publicly shows the trashiness of the poster.
And it definitely taints the public perception of hunters, but I wouldn't expect the goofball that posted it to understand or care about that.

WTS, kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out.

Hunters make up a very small portion of the population. If we want to keep our rights to hunt we have to start playing the PR game.

If you gut shot an animal on purpose you're a POS IMO.

No because I hate people that have free ranging chickens

They are evil because they eat fawns and im constantly on guard against them during calving season. And Mexican black buzzards. I hate them more than coyotes

I try not to argue with people that disagree with me. You can't change the way people think. You keep feeding the coyotes and praying for their well-being while posting on message boards about "unethical" hunters, and I'll just keep ignoring when someone makes an ill-advised internet post.

I never said there was anything wrong with shooting them. I was only saying there is something wrong with purposefully wounding them.

To the OP...i dont see any sense in purposely making something suffer. Coyote, hog, whatever. I respect life enough to give it as quick of a death as possible.

same here. I'm not against predator management if it is necessary. I could imagine the guy i mentioned in the OP would never gut shot a deer on purpose.
