Hey fellas, first post here. Buddy and I have an opportunity to make 2 hunts at Honey Brake this season. Any intel you guys can share? Worth it? Ill hang up and listen.

Honey Brake is insane. I just stayed there a few weeks ago. Getting to go even just to stay at the lodge is an experience unto itself.

Hope u got some deep pockets. Overall a great experience and is first class. Price has steadily gone up tho to hunt.

It’s an absolute beautiful place with first rate accommodations and fantastic food. The guides are professionals and they’ll take good care of you.
Not sure how good the hunting still is but duck hunting has been tough all over Louisiana for awhile now.

The whole experience is bigger than just ducks. If you’re invited, go. Unless you’re a purist and have an invitation to go shoot straight green in timber, go.
