But you don't hunt much at all or you would know the problem pigs have become and why it's one of the few effective ways to off the bastards in areas with little overhead cover.

As a former Huey Crew Chief, I should have just secured the M-60 and used that guy's weapon. Those were some unbelievable shots and huge shout out to the guy flying the R44.

eradication of a nuisance animal, its only hunting in the sense you are killing them. Why not have a good time doing it. I dont see the big deal

I don't think you came to the right place dogging helicopter hog hunts. I only wish the woods I hunt weren't so thick so this was possible there.
Well that and legal, don't think Louisiana has approved this yet.

Honest question... Isn't flaming and constantly trolling everyone bannable?

Seriously, the only threads I see you post in are the controversial; and your views always seem to be contrarian. I don't mean to personally attack you, I very well could be misinterpreting your views, it's just my observation.

I wonder why they haven't? Louisiana has a lot of flat, open farmland like Texas? Maybe Bleeding Purple has some information or stats on how many hogs have been killed since they started the helicopter eradications? I'd love to go on one of those helicopter hunts, but with my luck, we'd get hit by a crop duster or the chopper would run out of gas. Something would go wrong...

Would be pretty hard to quantify, but a lot.
