Was almost too hot to fish today. Be careful out there if you are over 50

110 in Ft. Sill today, riding in a CH-47. Bad enough but with the ramp down the rotor wash sends in the exhaust heat from the turbine engines.

Buddy of my dads went out to mow the grass last Friday and died of a heart attack while cutting the grass. He was 66

shite. I’m on the early side of 40. A week ago I was putting shite on a u haul and started seeing stars. Took me almost an hour to get right.

119 here at Altus and I was at the range all afternoon

It was 110 at fricking 7pm here

I'll take the range over a flying oven. In fact, I am taking the range today with a 112F high in the forecast.

I saw a game warden died yesterday doing the physical training portion of the academy. I wonder if heat was a factor

A good rule for those riding is one bottle for every half mile you are from help.

A dozen bottles can easily get you 10 miles. But you plan for the worst.

I understand he was doing an early morning run, before the heat got going. Don't know much else except that he was in good shape.

shite, i tried to jerk off after cutting grass and few hours of yard work during weekend heat. i passed out in bathroom only to be found by wife red handed.

21 here. In good shape. I ran 4 miles at 5:30 yesterday evening and it was fricken awful. Staying hydrated is something a lot of people don't do but is something they need to do.
