I'm thinking damage control. They know they fricked up, now trying to double back. He even says he's not taking sides, just letting everyone know what's going on. Yeti is supposed to make a statement about this later today. We shall see

It’s quite impressive.

What did the NRA do to you?

I don’t really need sourcing for a statement from Yeti. It’s naive to think an organization that misleads people into giving them millions of dollars wouldn’t release a misleading statement that smears the name of someone who is tired of doing business with those who participate in fear mongering

It's an organization that does nothing but blow things out of proportion.
It's an organization that's just as irrational as BLM, only difference is it's better funded, by sheep.

I wonder if those sheep have ever seen their dollars at work in Washington. Their lobbyists live the dream

Pretty much all lobbyists live the dream. It's people that are paid to basically use their influence and money to get government officials to do what they want. Watching how any money is spent in DC is sickening.

Yeti makes a good product and their customer service is awesome. I don’t give two shits how they feel about other stuff.

You don't need sourcing? So this is just your feelings then, you don't have any facts. Got it.

I mean here you go man, here are the numbers for the NRA's lobbying power in the 2016 presidential election cycle - they don't even rank in the top 100 of groups lobbying to politicians. LINK
But please, continue to tell others that they are the sheep while you spout your nonsense.

In fact, YETI should be ashamed. They have declined to continue helping America’s young people enjoy outdoor recreational activities. These activities enable them to appreciate America and enjoy our natural resources with wholesome and healthy outdoor recreational and educational programs,” the alert reads.
So the NRA stance is that Yeti is no longer interested in helping people enjoy the outdoors and we’re supposed to believe this is factual?

Yeti has done more for me enjoying the outdoors than my lifetime membership to the nra has.

I would also take that route if i was trying to defend the NRA

There sure is a lot of anger on this board surrounding some plastic covered foam insulation. Wish I could say this was the first time.
