Decent 6 burner Char Broil Gas Grill on sale at Academy $199.99

Was 299.99. I actually went to get another grill and this one just went on sale. $240 with the cover put together. I have had expensive Weber grills in the past but living so close to saltwater the guts on them don't seem to last any longer then the Char-broil's I have owned. Happy Father's day to me.

My last cheap grill had a side burner, never used it either.

I used to use the side burner on my gas grill to light my charcoal in my Chimney starter
It fit perfectly over the burner grate

Not bad but you should buy two,,one for spare parts. I tried to order the burners grates and flame guards for mine before I tossed it an got a weber.. They want more for the replacement parts than I paid for the whole grill.. When I tried to explain to the girl that the whole grill didn't cost what she was gona charge me for a few parts she told me I should buy a new charbroil..hahahah yeah right

I've recently seen the light. The light from the sweet propane flame of this portable grill. I cook for seven people (many of whom are admittedly small), and this is all I've use since I got it a few weeks ago.

I bet I could burn the shite out of some chicken on that thing

Why not just get a green egg? I will never go back to gas after getting a green egg. It will also last forever inline a gas grill.

The only time i ever used my side burner was during hurricanes gustav and ivan when we lost power for a couple of days. I was the envy of the neighborhood when i had piping hot chef boyardee for breakfast, lunch, and dinner lol.

Chicken breasts perfect in like 7 minutes. I'm serious about how great this thing is. I've had a bigger Webber for 10 years, and I cook an a Webber kettle as well. But this thing, for burgers, chicken breasts, pork chops, etc is awesome. Just so easy.

My side burner is great for frying fish.

More burners = more rusting and more parts to replace. Burner parts are so expensive one needs to replace the grill by the time the burners crack and corrode.
The answer = Weber grill or Green Egg....
Get the Weber E310, 3 burner, when it goes on sale at Lowes, etc.

I just changed out the burners on my Char Broil, they were $8 each.

Why not just get a green egg?
