Cross Lake, plenty of other areas to fish on that lake.
Do you have an aerial photo of the dock with the location of the brush piles marked? It might help us visualize the situation.
Thanks.

but what moron posts up on the same two brush piles almost on a daily basis?
You put your effort into a public space, the moron is the one that is shocked others utilize them.

It is one thing to fish brush piles in the middle of the lake. It’s another to fish two brush piles within 25 yards of a dock. You must be too dumb to know the difference
Raises hand. Explain it to me like I am you.

It is because it is obvious we put those brush piles there. The guy is sitting right in front of their dock and house fishing them like an inconsiderate prick. Its like someone is pissing in your front yard rather than the woods across the street.

My front yard and the woods across the street aren't public places that allow the public to piss. What you're describing is like cleaning a stall at an interstate rest area then getting upset when somebody else uses it.

It's more like they are pissing in their front yard, and you're watching from your window.

You must be new here. We’ve already done this.

How is it obvious you put them there?

More like someone hunting in Kisatchie National Forest off a dirt road where you killed a deer last year.
I'll be honest with you, there is nothing you can do and if you harrass him you can get in trouble. A real man with a case of red arse like this would just go pull the piles up. Just don't get mad if he shows up with his own piles to put back in their place. At which point I would expect you to observe your own wishes and stay away from his piles.

Do either of your two ex-wives from your OT thread a few days ago have a aerial photo of the dock and brush piles?
Or maybe its a private investigator, hired by your latest ex-wife, watching you.
Alter or idiot.
Edit to add: Possible solution to all this is to carry a few limbs around with you on your boat. Some idiot harasses you about "his" brush piles. Just throw a weighted limb down on top of it and claim it is yours.

Why wouldn't you if you're catching fish?
The real question is what moron puts a brush pile in public water and then gets pissed because the public fishes them.

You put something on PUBLIC let’s say it again PUBLIC water, other people have the right and will fish it.
It similar to you putting out real estate or other signs along a highway servitude. It considered trash and people can pick them up.
All you going to do is get your butt beat in, or get into legal trouble.
You don’t want the headache pick up the brush piles.
Starting cr&p over a brush pile will get you in more legal mess than you can probably afford.

It’s exactly the opposite of that.

A lot of crappy answers by kids who aren’t at your dad’s age but the way it used to be done was to stop and talk to the person and tell him that he your dad did all the muscle to do that so his kids and grandkids could catch something and yes he knows that the lake is public wage ex but he would appreciate it if the guy only hit it once in awhile. And then if he is a jack wagon since your dad is retired have him go fish it daily. Many dock owners make sure they put the brush piles within casting distance so if the a-hole who couldn’t make his own pile persists you can cast in his boat.

Thanks for one of the only reasonable answers on this thread. I’m going to advise the old man to go this route.
