I have several deer rifles, .22s, and several shotguns. I always wanted a pistol but I have not been very effective shooting other peoples pistols. Figured it will be a good one to get broken in to befor eventually stepping it up.

Surprisingly these little .22s with the magnum cylinders are a little hard to find. Thankfully i had someone let me know they got one in and I snagged it.

Not a bad choice as everyone should own a gun like this, lots of uses and get some CCI rat shot for those pesky varmitslikestarlings and copperheads. Fun to shoot too. 22LRis a dangerouse round, it travels a long ways in the body done careful. A weapon of choice of hitmen. Saw a guy shot 22lr CCi stinger in the leg once, bad news.

Smart move. Practice with it awhile and you'll be much more comfortable with handguns going forward. Hope you have plenty of ammo.

If you like the wheel guns, do what was suggested earlier... check out that GP100. It's a tank.

I used to have two of these...Double 9's. They are my favorite 22 plinker handgun.

I had a buddy that had become a crack addict and I didnt know it. He came over to stay one night and while I was at work he decided to go sell all my guns for me. Both double 9's were sold and I have never found anymore to buy. The people that have them dont want to sell them.
