For those that have experiences with these two guns, what are your opinions on them? And which one would you buy out of the two? I have shouldered both and am partial to the SBE2. Just curious what others opinions are on the two guns.

I started the same thread when I was in the market, this was my conclusion...

Ended up going with the SBEII over the SV. The SV felt lighter, but I couldn't reach the safety very well. So that pretty much made the decision for me. Went with the Bottom Lands camo.

Good luck

I have both and haven't used the SBE2 since I got the Super Vinci.

I like how the Super Vinci recoils straight back as opposed to slightly up on the SBE2. It's ever so slight but it's there.

I feel like the Super Vinci has less recoil as well. Both have the comfortech recoil reduction.

I also have the SBEII and feel like the Vinci has less recoil. I like the SBE just because the safety is weird to me on the SV.

I'm used to it. Took me a little bit but don't even think about it now.

The SV shoulders and points perfectly for me. Handles better than the Vinci also IMO.

Kind of in the same boat as I'm deciding between SBE II and a maxus. I've never shot the SV, but have heard people complain about the trigger guard.

Maxus for sure. Benelli just feels cheap as hell

SBEII for me

SV is slightly lighter with a slightly longer LOP, which doesn't fit me as well as the SBEII.

Takedown for SV is a breeze and very easy.

A5 and SBEII are my two favorites right now

What is your take on the maxus? I've heard my buddy bitch about a slow trigger reset.

I don't dislike the A5, but I can't see a reason to purchase it instead of the Benelli since the action is almost identical and it doesn't come with ComfortTech.

Is the A5 barrel crio treated? Another feature of the Benelli.
