Alright. I know this has been covered here before, but I'm sure there's more to say.

Best boudin in SELA? What are your favorites and where do you get it?

TulaneLSU has happily shared his top 10 on boudin and with a definitive guide like that, what more do you need?

Nonc Kev's at the Church Point/Rayne exit off of I-10 is phenomenal. I've had boudin from damn near every place in south LA, and if I had to pick a favorite, it would be there. Not saying its the best, but its my, and my wife's favorite.

Also, probably favorite cracklins too.

On top of nonc kevs boudin and cracklins, his burgers and sausage is some of the best I’ve had. Dude has it figured out.

Riverside in plaquemine makes a very fine boudin. Good enough that I no longer make the trip on 190

I’ve had Boudin only once and I really don’t remember it.

Exactly what is it? A type of sausage?

BOUDIN MAP

Second post of attached link has a map of boudin stops in south Louisiana. My personal favorite is T-Boys in Mamou. As mentioned, Kartchner’s is up there with some of the best.
