I'm sure the guy shooting a recurve with his fingers is making comments about how guys who shoot 70% let off, trigger releases, sights, stabilizers, whisker biscuits and such should wear blaze pink.
I know many primitive recurve bow shooters that feel exactly that way about compound bow users...
I also know several black powder shooters that still dress like a frontiersman in their deer skin clothing that use flintlocks, patches and balls w/ no rifling that feel the same against modern muzzle loader users
people should just mind their own business sometimes, because most of the time they are hypocrites and do similar pussified things themselves...live and let live...this ain't the OT, they should take that shite there.

Y'all have drug me far enough off point today, I quit. I can't take no more.

Wow, you're an arse. I had no idea. Thanks.

Can't see the forest for the trees. They'd rather be divisive than inclusive.

then you don't understand the disagreement.
Because I pointed out that a string isn't the only similarity between a crossbow and compound bow

Lemme guess, you shoot a crossbow?!
Sorry man I have never owned a crossbow.

Do you? Since potential energy and stored energy are the same thing.
I do.
You are right, didn't mean to put both, got side tracked and didn't edit properly or proof read.

Hey, just because they think you're a pussy for what you use doesn't make it so...or does it?
real men shoot longbows and recurves instinctively! TRUTH!
Spear hunters or atlatl users have my true respect

Don't you and your bud have pictures to take of unsuspecting women at the shooting range?

All this debating and infighting means hunting season is just around the corner!
If someone shoots a spike in a high fence running dogs with a crossbow, the OB would go into complete meltdown!

Never done that before, but I'm sure it pales in comparison to your affinity for young boys

Crossbow brings higher speeds, less motion, scopes, and the ability to rest it on something to improve accuracy. It is exactly like a piston powered pellet gun. Crack the barrel, charge the piston, put it in the closet, come back a week later take the safety off and pull the trigger, it fires. You can do the same with a crossbow.
I tip my hat to those who choose to go out there with a recurve or a long bow, bow hunting with a compound is hard enough for me.

Further proof that, intellectually speaking, you're always bringing a knife to a gun fight.

because your range comment was so intellectually honest?
You must think you are a Rhodes scholar or something.
Just remember that you started the false mud slinging kid.

Just for clarity, fishing plastics on a boat loaded down with tech gadgets or hunting with a compound bow on/near food plots and other attractants makes you more of a "purist". Do you also use candles instead of electricity and head down to the crick for water?
Well, consider me taking the easy way out. I'm new to both deer hunting and bow hunting(my first year, in fact) and I'll be using a crossbow on land I leased.

The same die hard bow hunters on this board probably don't use a 35 or 45-70 during primitive either.
