landwatch.com

Great website, you can narrow down by county on the left side. (also by price range to filter out what you don't want. And by land, or by homes)

Looks like you're buying 40% of a duck camp and they don't let you buy that 40% with a partner.

It means you have 40% ownership in the whole property, but can't put your foot on a single acre and say "this one is MINE".

That won't do you any good. I live in Richland Parish now. My last initial is the same as yours .

I hand delivered your resume for the job I resigned when I moved up here.

This. 40% of the land and have to pay taxes of said 40% and hope the other 60% pays too! Now if one has the money and time, one could buy that 40% and force a sale of the other 60%.

What price range are you talking? I have a few compadres that are willing to sell and lower their acreage of farmland after crawfish season. Evangeline parish

Evangeline parish would be perfect. I will pay top appraised value. Of course I don't want to over pay but I understand the value of land. I need to do something in the next 4 months. I could buy and let them farm.

Current farmer could continue to farm on an ongoing basis. I don't plan on farming it. I would let them continue to farm for a very fair fee. Please email me at:
Gotigersgo88@yahoo.com
I'm in or around Evangeline parish almost daily
