Thanks for the reply. I shoot often and practice on everything I can find.
I’ve gotten pretty good and have amassed a pretty nice collection of equipment since starting in August.
I shoot a Canon R5 with a RF 400 2.8 L along with the 1.4 & 2x extenders when needed.

I’ve always had an interest, so after a medical issue made me look at life differently, I bought some equipment and dove in.
I talked to photographers I knew, watched videos online but the biggest thing was just getting out and shooting everything I could for practice.
I can take decent pics now but need to fine tune and work on learning how to edit.

Thanks for all of the replies.
I’m located in south central La but travel a lot, so I don’t mind taking a road trip at all.

If anyone has any information on any nest sites of owl or eagles I sure would appreciate them sharing it with me. I’m getting into wildlife photography and would love the practice.
Also, at one time I know we had a falconer or two on the board. I would love to take photos for you free of charge.
Thanks

- “Highly invasive. May as well plant tallow trees” -
The clumping variety is not, that’s why I specified it over the much more common running variety.
Have used it on jobs for years with no issues. Makes a tall thick evergreen screen quicker than anything else you can plant. Works perfect for this application.

Clumping bamboo. Quick and easy as well as evergreen. Just make sure it’s the clumping type

re: Any good boudin stops in Kinder or between Kinder and Alexandria on 165?

Mr T’s is just east of Kinder and will be the best boudin anywhere close.
Regular and smoked are both good.
