Talked to a US Fish and Wildlife Service LE guy that busted a dude digging up sea turtle eggs. He said those things can go for $60/dozen at high end restaurants. Sea turtles usually lay over 100 eggs. That's a lot of dough.

There's something about the eggs that makes them really good. Heavy yolk maybe? Can't remember.
