Anyone have a good sea turtle recipe?

We snatched a couple on Sunday and I'd like to get at them while they are fresh. Soup? Sauce Piquant? Turtle roll ups? TIA

if you wrap it in bacon and grill it ttejust like manatee but a little tougher than porpoise.

Manatee backstrap is delicous. The key to good porpoise is you only keep the fin and the flippers. My wife makes a flipper courtbouillon that is

I actually dont have a good recipe, but I bet you'll have time to come up with one in Federal Prison.
