Anybody know why there is a giant turtle on Hwy 65, South of Tallulah?

Crazy looking thing. Looks like a float in a parade or something. Im assuming it floats and you may can even drive it. WTF? It’s tied up on the bank of Alligator bayou under the Hwy.

That was my only guess of what it could be, but it’s so crazy looking. I wonder why they built a duck blind that looks like a giant snapping turtle?

I pass by it on the way to my hunting lease, my cousins said its just a fishing dock that was built for the landowners grandkids to enjoy and I guess they thought it would be cool.
