I've got a battle royal going on at our place in NWLA. 5 feeders and probably 10-12 birds.

Almost enough birds to overwhelm the bullies. Constant aerial dog fights, as the dominant males chase birds from feeder to feeder.

They'll run one off and realize another pulled up on the feeder while it was gone and it starts all over again.

I've got the same going on in south MS...10+ birds in constant turmoil. Its fun to watch but I still get aggravated that they cant share and are constant shitheads!

I consistently have about 15+ and they've definitely reached a fever pitch. Much more sense of urgency in their aggression to feed.

A month ago, they wouldn't land if a wasp or bumble bee was on the feeder. Now, they give no fricks.

Officially past peak here. I had been making 2 quarts in the morning and two after work. Only two quarts yesterday morning, and this morning I have no empty feeders. There must have been a big push out of here yesterday as my largest feeder had 8 sitting on it yesterday morning and today it barely has any action.

I still have 1 or 2 zooming around but feeder activity seems limited.

My seed feeders are getting wiped out daily. A mini flock of 5 doves is feeding under one feeder each morning and a carolina wren is now sleeping under my carport to be close to the food.

We've had dozens this year and have had to refill the feeders several times. We still have a few today but not as many as a few weeks ago. BR area also.

Bamarep is down to two or three stragglers a day now. Went from refilling five feeders every other day to two feeders once a week.

They are all over my place right now. Between my feeder and the neighbors there must have been 12-15 buzzing around today.

Big decline as of this morning. A bunch must have headed south.

I’ve had 5 or 6 fighting over one feeder for the last few weeks including all day yesterday. I’ve been outside since 6 this morning and I’ve yet to see one. Wondering if they’ve moved on

I've still got two regulars. I guess they're regulars? It's been in the 90's here for over a month and temps won't break into the 70's til Friday. Maybe this heat keeps a few hanging around or maybe I'm picking up late migrators. I'll keep the feeder out until I don't see any for a few consecutive days.

We had to move our feeders way out away from the glass of our windows. Over the past four years we've lost numerous crazy hummingbirds that were too busy fighting to know they were flying into the windows.
